New workers are just as important to us as our existing workforce; our induction program ensures all staff are given the appropriate mandatory training to feel confident and prepared for their role. The theory elements of the programme ensure knowledge of legislation and guidance and the practical elements allow trainees to practice their learning in a safe environment, before joining the workforce. Further support and guidance are provided throughout their journey with Shepherd Healthcare Group in a variety of ways allowing everyone to feel fully prepared for their care role.
