Why FV Residence?

FalconView (FV) Residence is in the heart of Bonamousadi, Douala. It is surrounded around supermarkets, restaurants and services. FalconView residence offer luxury apartments less than 3minutes drive from Carrefour supermarket, Super U, Ecobank, UBA and SGBC.

The 8-storeys building with 13 residential Apartment Suites features views of entire neighborhood, with full-height glass window walls. Apartments include a balcony, a bedroom with a private bathroom, a separate living area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and inter-phone.
